R&R CI Project

During the years 2011 to 2015 Paul Ruscoe was relocated in his home town in East Anglia. During this time R&R went through some more difficult times with increased staffing turnover and disappointing results.

Paul and his family relocated back to the NE in 2015 and we restructured our business, which included a formalized continuous improvement process.

During 2017 using the Continuous Improvement Quality Tools we developed an enhanced vertical bearing refurbishment process which enabled us firstly reduce costs for our customers, but also improve lead-times to them also.

We continue to involve all of our team in these process improvements and update our CI activities regularly, demonstrating the 7 tools of quality.
